Unlike many other light brands on the market, TYRI lights are rated in eLumens - a measurements of ACTUAL light emitted. eLumens help you determine which light is best for how you want to use it. SHOCK & VIBRATION
TYRI lights undergo shock testing by being mounted to a vibration table and subjected to 50G pulses, then vibrated to alternating frequencies for 24 hours. We test under these conditions in 3 different positions, for 8 continuous hours.
TEMPERATURE EXTREMES
TYRI lights are tested in a climate chamber with temperatures cycling from a frigid -40 degrees F to a blazing 185 degrees - 24 hours a day for 28 continuous days - with humidity up to 90%.
WATER SEALING TESTING
TYRI lights undergo intense pressure washing and immersion testing to ensure they can withstand the harshest weather conditions. Rated to IP 69K.
