Limited Lifetime Warranty LED Lights for Recreational Vehicles

TYRI Off Road Lighting (“Manufacturer”) warrants its LED lights for recreational vehicles (“Product”) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational use and service for the lifetime of the original purchaser, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.


 

1.   Warranty Coverage

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the Product and is non-transferable. If, during the lifetime of the original purchaser, the Product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal recreational use, Manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the defective Product with a product of equal or greater value.

 

 

2.   Exclusions

This warranty does not cover, and Manufacturer shall have no responsibility for:

       Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, acts of god, or unauthorized modification or repair.

       Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, corrosive environments, water submersion, or abnormal electrical conditions.

       Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, discoloration, or cosmetic changes that do not affect performance.

       Opening, disassembling, cutting wires, or modifying the product voids the warranty.

       Surface finishes (paint, powder coating, anodization, etc.) are not covered under warranty.

       Moisture buildup due to normal condensation is not covered. However, if moisture exceeds normal condensation it is covered under warranty.

       Use in commercial, racing, competition, or other non-recreational applications unless expressly authorized in writing by Manufacturer.

       Unauthorized purchases from third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart) are not covered.

 

3.   Warranty Claim Procedure

To obtain service under this warranty, the original purchaser must:

1.        Before returning a product, customers should contact Technical Support for troubleshooting.

2.        Send pictures of the front, back, serial number, and affected area of the product along with valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) to cs@tyrioffroad.com. 

3.        Contact Manufacturer’s customer service department to obtain a Return

Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”).  Customer Service can be reached by email at cs@tyrioffroad.com.

4.        Return the Product, freight prepaid, with the RMA number and description of the defect.

Manufacturer is not responsible for removal, reinstallation, shipping charges, labor costs, loss of use, or any incidental or consequential damages.

 

4.   Limitations of Liability

This Limited Lifetime Warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Manufacturer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, certain limitations may not apply to you.

             

 

5.   Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.

 

6.   Policy Changes

Manufacturer reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this warranty at any time, without prior notice. Warranty coverage in effect at the time of the original purchase will apply to that Product.
